Super Stir Fry
Ingredients for 2 servings
1 lb (455 g) chicken, cubed
1 teaspoon pink sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (150 g) broccoli, chopped
1 cup (100 g) bell pepper, diced
½ cup Coconut Aminos
¼ cup (85 g) honey
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon sesame seed
Mix together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat coconut oil in a wok or large pan and add chicken, stirring until 75% cooked.
Pour sauce in pan and stir to coat meat.
Once the sauce is bubbling, add the veggies to the pan and stir again to coat.
Cook until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft.
Serve over rice or alone.
