Hello Health Enthusiasts!
I hope you don’t mind if we continue to make breakfast easier! Of course you don’t mind. Here is another idea: Mount Everest Tea. This recipe is inspired by what the sherpas drink to lead groups up and down Mount Everest. This tea is high energy producing deliciousness!
Mount Everest Tea
2 cups of hot water
2 tablespoons of ghee
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of ground vanilla bean or cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon PRL Pink Salt
1-2 tea bags of your choice – I enjoy Rich Chai Masala
Steep the tea bags according to the directions on the box. Remove the tea bags and put the tea into a blender with the other ingredients. You can also use an immersion blender (that is what we use in the office when the staff makes beverages like this one). Blend until frothy and enjoy!
This is the most portable quick breakfast yet! Make it and take it to go! This drink is why I am grateful for cup holders in my car :)
