Super Duper Yellow Green Smoothie
2 ribs of celery
2 cups of spinach
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/8 tsp of PRL Pink Salt
8-10 oz water
Buy the above ingredients organic whenever possible. Peel and pit the avocado. Wash and quarter the lemon. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
