Greetings Health Seekers,
This is the EASIEST TASTIEST CHILI recipe EVER.
Please make sure you credit me when you win the the local or national chili contest.
Saute 1 onion and about 3 celery stalks in lots of unsalted butter or my favorite is duck fat (we sell it) for about 5 minutes on medium till they begin to soften and give off aroma (that’s the cellulose breaking down and nutrients being released – this is good!)
Brown 3# of ground beef ( I prefer organic or even grass fed organic because of the increased levels of Omega 3’s)
YOU ARE ALMOST DONE!
When browned add several tablespoons of your favorite chili powder ( I like Penzeys medium hot chili powder)
Then add about 3 cups of either Trader Joes Garden Patch Vegetable Juice ( I use this) or V8 juice.
