Having a glass of water between each alcoholic beverage serves many purposes:
– Less likely to overindulge
– Stay hydrated
– Flushes stress from the body
– Reduces the liver’s workload
Replace Cream/half and half/milk easily!
For a creamy adult beverage use coconut milk, almond milk, or blended butter instead of nutrient-less pasteurized dairy. Your tummy and your sinuses will thank you the next day.
Herbs and spices
Many drink recipes call for mint leaves, orange peel, or other botanicals. Go for it! Use organic when possible.
When over indulgence occurs:
Hangover Prevention Support
AF Betafood, Cataplex B, Multizyme, Spanish Black Radish
3 of each with the first drink.
3 AF Betafood and 3 Multizyme before bed.
3 of each first thing in the morning.
Optional: A scoop of Superfuel and 1/8 teaspoon of PRL Pink Salt with each dose of supplements.
